Conditions of Entry 1. All registrations must be made in writing on forms supplied by the Stitched Up Textile Festival and must be in the hands of the Competition Co-ordinator (PO  Box 398 Wangaratta, Vic 3677) before Monday 19th May, 2008, and include the full entry fee. The cheque or money order is to be made payable to Wangaratta Textile Arts Association. Enclose stamped, self-addressed envelope for return of entry tickets, etc. You will be sent a receipt, entry tickets to be attached to the exhibit and any other relevant material. 2. Entries are to be delivered to PO Box 398, Wangaratta, Vic, 3677 or to Di Worthington at West End Lotto and Wool, 51a Philippson St. Wangaratta 3677 by not later than 5.00 pm on Friday 13th June, 2008. No late entries will be accepted. 3. All entries are to have been completed in the last twelve months and not previously exhibited at the Stitched Up Festival. 4. Entry tickets must be securely stitched or SAFETY PINNED to entries. Any other identifying marks, tags etc., must be masked. 5. A novice entry is for someone who has never exhibited before or has never won a prize at a competition. 6. The committee of the Stitched Up Festival shall have the right or power to:     * Reject or cancel any entry at any time without assigning a reason.     * Cancel any class without assigning a reason. 7. The determination of the Committee of the Stitched Up Festival upon points shall be final and conclusive without the right of appeal. 8. All care will be taken of any article submitted to the competition; any specific handling or consignment instructions MUST be attached to the entry form when the article is submitted. The Committee shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to any exhibit irrespective of the cause of the loss or damage. We strongly recommend that the exhibitor take out insurance to cover the exhibit. 9. All entries may be collected on Sunday 13th July 2008 after 3.00 pm or from Di Worthington (West End Lotto and Wool) on Monday after 9.00 am. Entries without postage and packaging will not be returned after the festival unless other arrangements have been made with the Competition Coordinator.
